This policy explains how Cognify Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 683 272 228, "Cognify Labs", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, cognifylabs.ai and cognifylabs.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect

We don't collect sensitive information through this website, and we don't ask for payment details here.
Cookies
Our visit statistics use two first-party cookies. agid is a random identifier that recognises a returning browser and lasts up to two years. agsid groups page views into a visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Neither contains your name or email address. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Third-party services
- Amazon Web Services hosts this website and stores contact-form messages and visit statistics in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2).
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Zoom: if you use the "Book a call" link, you're taken to Zoom's scheduling page, and Zoom's privacy policy applies to the details you enter there.
- LinkedIn and our product sites are linked from this site. Their own policies apply once you follow a link.
How long we keep it
Visit statistics are deleted automatically 13 months after they're recorded. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any ongoing relationship with you.
Disclosure
We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers above so they can operate the site, or where the law requires it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing david@cognifylabs.ai. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
